Please fill out the form to apply for the SQL24. Please note, the application is not yet a final registration!

The limited capacity on the ship requires an early application/review/confirmation/registration process. The important elements of the timeline:
19 April 2024: Submission of an application with a short abstract (mandatory for all participants!)
30 April 2024: Review of the applications, confirmations to the applicants
30 June 2024: Registration and payment of fees.

Costs:

Conference fee including full board and beverages: 518€
Accommodation: 320€  (per person in single cabin) or 192€ (per person in twin bed/double bed cabin)

On request and depending on free capacity, it is possible for partners to travel at a reduced rate – please note your interest in this regard in the comments field below. If you have any questions, please send us a message using the contact form.

Each participant is expected to present his/her work in the form of a poster or a talk (25 minutes).

Room type
As the number of cabins is limited, we would ask you to share your room if possible - a roommate search (see bulletin board) has been set up especially for this purpose.
In the case of double cabin occupancy, please let us know if you already know with whom you would like to share your cabin - then we can take this into account when reviewing your application.
